Abstract

The background of this research is that the complexity of the life of the nation of this beloved republic requires a pattern of interaction and education that builds sustainable conductivity. As the majority, Indonesian Muslims are equipped with the concept of living together in diversity, as well as lessons from the history of the nation in the past which passed down national identity in the form of Pancasila and Bhenika Tunggal Ika. While in the Padang Guci Pasemah community there is also the local wisdom "Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah" as another form of Multicultural Islamic Education which is considered to have existed since ancient times and has been integrated with the culture since then. The problem formulation of this research is how the existence of Islam and local wisdom “Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagat Pasemah” Padang Guci and its relevance to multicultural Islamic education. This problem is broken down into: 1) What are the Relevances of Multicultural Islamic Education in the Sepate Oath Petition, Tunggul Jagad Besemah?, 2) How is the implementation of Multicultural Islamic Education in the “Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah”at the Inclusion School Special Service Education at the Langgar Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School? The purpose of this research is to find out the existence of Multicultural Education in the Local Wisdom of Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah. Specifically, this research aims to: 1) Find the Relevance of Multicultural Islamic Education in “Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah”, 2) Find the implementation of Multicultural Islamic Education “Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah” at Inclusive Schools Special Service Education at Langgar Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding Schools ? To achieve the objective, field research was carried out based on the Theory of Relevance, Theory of Integration, Theory of Local Wisdom and Multicultural Islamic Education by applying exploratory qualitative methodology in understanding the meaning of individual and group behavior as a description of social and human problems. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation with the Purpose Sampling system which involved the Heads of Balai Agung, Islamic Boarding School Leaders, Executors of xix Wishful Receptions as research participants and the data obtained were analyzed at the beginning and end of the research and conclusions were drawn through a process of reduction, presentation and prevification. Research Results: The data that became the basis for the initial interpretation and the data from the interviews were then through the process of triangulation of transcription, codefication, reduction, presentation and prevification data obtained two categorizations, namely First Relevance of Multicultural Islamic Education in "Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah" that there is a relationship mutual need and mutual strengthening between the Local Wisdom Component "Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah" and the Paradigm Component of Multicultural Islamic Education to be able to run effectively and efficiently. Second, the Implementation of Local Wisdom-based Brotherhood in Islamic Boarding Schools is implemented starting from the acceptance of students, the learning curriculum to the arrangement of daily behavior which is reflected as a form of Multicultural Islamic Education. Discussion of research results. First, Relevance is seen in the need for adhesive values from various differences so that they need each other among others, referred to as Petiti "Sembak Uwi Author Raft,...", with which mutual respect, trust, understanding and Pointer Paradigm of Multicultural Islamic Education will grow. others and it is also found that this relationship will last with honest, gentle, clever selfplacement, firm stance, high solidarity and other values mandated by this local wisdom. The second implementation in the field found that planting, packaging solidity and brotherhood succeeded in building the character of “ Iman-taqwa” based on local wisdom. as a mediator and bridge for conflict resolution in society. This is evidenced by a significant decrease in the number of anarchicity in society, thus the conclusion of the study that generalizes the character of the Besemah people as a race that likes to make trouble, is lazy, gambles, is dishonest, is easily suspicious, does not care about the truth, cheats and likes to self-serve is baseless. The conclusion of this study is that this research has succeeded in finding the Relevance of Multicultural Islamic Education in “Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah” in the following pattern: First, the Paradigm of Multicultural Islamic Education Learning to Live in Difference requires a Binding Box to glue various differences, namely Sembak Uwi, Author Raft Timbul sinking together, floating the same drifting, soaking the same wet. Second, the Enforcement of “Petiti Sembak Uwi Pengarang Rakit Timbul Tenggelam samesame Teghendam same basah ngerapung same anyut” Wet requires a development framework that is each Paradigm of Multicultural Islamic Education, such as building mutual trust, maintaining mutual understanding, upholding mutual respect, open in thinking. Appreciation of interdependence and xx non-violence and Reconciliation Third. In order to uphold the values mentioned in point one and point two, it is necessary to uphold other values in the “Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah”, which builds enlightenment honesty, firm stance, gentleness of speech, self-control and clever self-placement. Implementation of Multicultural Islamic Education based on Local Wisdom “Petiti Sumpah Sepate Tungguan Jagad Besemah” has been carried out in Inclusive Education Special Service Schools at Langgar Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding Schools, including: 1). Acceptance of New Students, 2) Learning Process and Organization of Everyday Behavior. Regarding the existence of this local wisdom in Multicultural Islamic Education and its Implementation of Multicultural Islamic Education based on Local Wisdom in the PP Langgar Tarbiyah Special Service Inclusion School, this study found the following findings: First, William Marsden's conclusion is generalized to the Pasemah People entity as " happy to make trouble, lazy, gambler, dishonest, easily suspicious, do not care about the truth, cheat and self-serving "unfounded. Second, that the PP Langgar Tarbiyah special service Inclusive School can unite students from various backgrounds to become brothers forever by implementing local wisdom-based budgets with additional facilities and funding support for dormitory operations. This finding can be an alternative strategy for other schools that will implement it. Third, that the bonds of brotherhood based on local wisdom in the community can become the basic basis for the development of “Pelang Aadat” as an effort to anticipate the possibility of mass rioting and other anarchy. Recommendations from the research as follows: 1). To the Regional Government, Council Members and all culture lovers, please work together to issue Regional Regulations in Kaur Regency to preserve this Local Wisdom through the Local Content Curriculum, at every level of school and daily customary community activities, 2). To All Education Personnel, Inclusive Education Working Group and Policy Makers for Inclusive Education and Special Services to be able to take alternatives for the implementation of Special Education and Special Services by utilizing Local Wisdom to build bonds of brotherhood for all students, 3). To the Government, Security Forces, Traditional Leaders and Religious Leaders regarding efforts to anticipate mass rage and anarchicity that do not need to occur in order to build “Pelang Adat” as an application of this local wisdom and 4). It is realized that this research is very limited, for that it is hoped that all observers and lovers of Multicultural Islamic Education based on custom and culture, especially Besemah Culture, will be able to enrich and continue this research
