Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Umrah Package Pricing Strategy at PT. AQM Tour and Travel of Bengkulu City and How to Manage Strategy in Setting Umrah Package Prices at PT. AQM Tour and Travel Bengkulu City. To test this, researchers used qualitative methods, with sources obtained from a combination of direct interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results and discussion of the research that in implementing the Umrah package pricing strategy, PT. AQM Tour and Travel has several stages. First, setting company goals, namely serving God's guests (duyufurrohman), and at the same time getting a decent profit. Second, estimate costs and sales volume. Third, estimate competitors' prices and costs. Fourth, estimate the risk in setting prices. Fifth, determine the methods and strategies in setting prices. Sixth, adjust the price structure and market conditions. Whereas in the management strategy that influences AQM Tour and travel in setting the price of Umrah packages using the strategy of adding up the total costs of the Umrah components, then adding the company's profit and promotion costs.
