Abstract

This study aims to analyze financing and deposit trends at Bank Maslahat Dana Syariah Nusantara, Bengkulu City, during the 2020-2024 period. The study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving bank personnel and customers. The findings show that financing increased from IDR 9,877 million in 2020 to IDR 20,294 million in 2024, with most financing allocated to productive sectors, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Deposits also increased from IDR 10,432 million in 2020 to IDR 18,837 million in 2024. This growth indicates that the bank‘s intermediation function has operated effectively and that customer trust has strengthened. Factors influencing financing and deposit trends include service quality, product suitability, compliance with sharia principles, contract transparency, economic conditions, and customer trust. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for bank management in improving fund mobilization and financing distribution strategies.
